Cheese bakers created by the lovers of cheese. Baked brie is one of those foods that you don't get to eat all the time, but when you do you are in absolute heaven. Whether drizzled with honey and nuts, or spread on apple wedges baked brie is a delicacy that doesn't have to be enjoyed only in restaurants. Once I lay a last piece of proscuitto over the uncooked brie forcing some into the cheese, 25 minutes later in a warm oven the flavour was paradise; add a bagette cut on an angle and you are in France...Bon Appetit !
